The Emergency Oxygen Provider speciality course prepares both scuba divers and non-divers alike to be able to respond confidently to any situation where administering pure oxygen would be beneficial.
Emergency oxygen kits are standard safety equipment at all reputable diving centers, and on dive boats. Administering pure oxygen could be the best chance of a positive outcome. Upon completion of this course you will be able to help a fellow diver should the need arise. This is a very useful course for boat crew and land-based staff too.

The Course
The Emergency Oxygen Provider Course Phuket is not limited to divers and is equally useful for those around divers such as boat crew and shore crew. You don’t need any previous CPR or first aid training to take the course.
Oxygen Provider Manual
The course involves watching a training DVD, skills practice, scenarios and role-play so you will know how to confidently administer and use emergency oxygen in any given situation.
Skills You’ll Learn:
- Recognise the signs and symptoms caused by diving related accidents that are treatable by emergency oxygen
- Recognise diving illnesses that are treatable by emergency oxygen
- Safely store and handle pure oxygen
- Properly setup equipment
- Administer emergency oxygen
The PADI Oxygen Provider Course is open to anyone who is aged 10 years or above. You don’t need any previous CPR or First Aid Training to participate in the course.

The price of 4,500 THB includes professional tuition, training manual, use of emergency medical equipment, Emergency Oxygen skills practice, scenario’s and role-play, certification fees, internationally-recognised certificate, training here in our centre or at your workplace.
